Michelle has been our Disabilities Officer since 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the disability sector.

For the past 10 years she has worked for Disabled People’s Organisations and the voluntary sector in various roles, mainly with people with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties.

Michelle also has personal experience of disability and is a parent carer.
